When fathers are absent from the school conversation, children often learn a quiet lesson: that education is someone else's responsibility. The cost isn't just lower attendance at parent evenings - it can echo through a child's confidence, behaviour, motivation, and sense of worth in the classroom. We are working with schools to change this.
