Leadership support for Herefordshire businesses and schools
We live in the real world when it comes to helping you, your people and your business grow.
Plus we focus on projects in our local area of Herefordshire. At the moment, our focus is on Our HEroes.
We are a husband and wife team based in Herefordshire. With twenty years in leadership roles in financial services and education, along with sports leadership, school governance and compliance, we can bring fresh perspectives to you and your organisation.
How many times have you been to a meeting and left more confused than before you went in?
How many times have you seen an action set and it is cast aside for a short-term fix before the end of that same working day?
We've been in it, we've seen it, and maybe at times earlier in our career, we've been guilty of causing it. Experience gives you fresh perspectives and different ways of working. What we've learnt now is that any successful team or business needs to have a triangle of work underpinning it.
The right people. The space for them to flourish. The ability and room for that company to grow.
Each with twenty years' experience as
Leaders in Education, Finance, and Sport
